New Year’s Resolution: Start selling LTC

Happy New Year!

Long term care (LTC) insurance is needed more than ever today to offset rising costs of long term care. Have you started talking with your clients about planning for long term care yet? Let 2018 be the year to increase your revenue with LTC product sales.

Before soliciting and selling Long Term Care policies in Minnesota, state law requires that insurance producers first successfully complete the approved 8-hour Medical Assistance (MA) Eligibility and LTC training, and follow up with a 4-hour refresher course every two years.

We’re excited to bring back the MA Eligibility and Long Term Care Partnership Program training courses to our educational offerings this year. Please join LTC Practice Leader Dutch Koop in February* to get a jump start to selling LTC products and/or fulfill your LTC continuing education requirements. See below for registration details for both course offerings.

*These courses will also be offered in two other Minnesotan cities, St. Cloud and Owatonna, in June and August. Sign up here to be notified as soon as registration is open for those dates.
