OCTOBER 15, 2018: Medicare Part D Notice
Employers who offer a group health plan with prescription drug coverage must provide notice prior to October 15 of each year to all plan participants who are Part-D eligible or are within three months of eligibility. Eligible individuals are plan participants — whether covered as active employees, retirees, COBRA recipients, disabled individuals, or as dependents — who are 65 or more years old, three months before turning age 65, and/or disabled. Note: If you provided participants with the all-in-one Employee Notification service provided by HR Service, Inc. this notice was included.

Prior to November 5, 2019: Advance Voting Leave Notification May Be Required
November 5, 2019 will be Election Day. While there are no federal laws requiring time off to vote, many states require employers to provide voting leave as well as notification postings well in advance of Election Day. Check below for state-by-state requirements. States not listed below do not require voting leave or posted notices.
