Together, we are going through unprecedented times. The coronavirus pandemic, or COVID-19, has continued its wide-spread impact across the world and now within our communities. As we move forward during this situation, I wanted to share with you the steps we have taken at LeClair Group to help minimize the impact of COVID-19 on our partners, employees and communities.
Firstly, our hearts goes out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus. We are thinking about those who are sick, and to them, we send our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. We are especially grateful to and remain completely inspired by the thousands healthcare workers around the world who are working tirelessly around the clock to care for those in need.

At this time, our offices will remain open. We have also exercised our business continuity and crisis plans to allow our employees to work from home, ensuring that there is no disruption to our day-to-day operations while we continue to provide the highest level of support to you and your business. This includes our contract and licensing support, new business processes, commission payments, policy administration support, carrier relations and sales/market support that you need to conduct your business.
We will continue to provide you with updates.
We are also working closely with our carrier partners to make sure that they do not have any disruptions in their business processes. We’re optimistic of our business continuity during this time by the shear commitment and preparations each carrier have put forth to meet agent needs. Please continue to check regularly with the “Carrier New & Updates” section in the My Advantage Portal to see the latest updates, including messages related to COVID-19, from our carriers and partners. We will also continue to provide updates through emails, like this one, or our BoostWeekly Newsletter with LeClair Group specific updates.
Advantage Roadshow and Engage! Events Postponement or Cancellations.
The safety of our employees and agents is our top priority. With that in mind, we have decided to postpone or cancel several upcoming events. We are also working to shift several events to a virtual platform. We will be sending emails in the near future with details on the changes to each event. We appreciate your patience while we find new and different ways to host that will keep everyone’s best interests in mind. The following is a list of Engage! events that have been impacted:
Advisor Roadshow: All dates and locations for our Advisor Roadshow have been cancelled. We are currently exploring options to hold a virtual summit featuring the content that we have prepared for the Roadshow, and will send out announcement about it in the coming weeks.
2020 Sales Summit: The Sales Summit in Mexico has been postponed. Invited attendees will be contacted and be provided with details and options.
Health-A-Palooza is still on.
We remain hopeful that our annual advisor education conference, Health-A-Palooza, will not be impacted by this. Health-A-Palooza is held on July 21, 2020 in Prior Lake, MN. Please continue to plan on joining us.
Other Engage! events like our Ethics Course at TopGolf and Medicare Fresh series are also still scheduled as planned. We will continue to monitor the impact of the virus and make necessary adjustments to ensure the safety of everyone. If need be for us to postpone or cancel any additional events, we will keep you updated.
