With AEP right around the corner, it would be an understatement to say that your workload goes into overdrive. In order to make the best use of our time and yours, we are asking you to send email inquiries as much as possible to Compliance@LeClairGroup.com for some of those simpler questions you may have. Examples could be:
- Please mark me as having completed the UCare certification webinar.
- Please update my banking information.
- Please update my address, phone number or email.
- I am unable to get into the My Advantage portal. (forgot username or password)
- Please cancel my appointment with [INSERT CARRIER]
This list is not all inclusive. If you aren’t sure whether your inquiry falls within any of the above categories and you wish to speak directly with your relationship manager, you are always welcome to do so.
