Individual Sales Executive

Who are we?

LeClair Group, founded in 1932, is an insurance brokerage undergoing strong growth with new and established accounts.  We seek an enthusiastic, motivated, and outgoing team player to join our expanding brokerage operations.  You will be joining a highly professional and accomplished organization – we want the best!

Position Details:

We are hiring a full-time Individual Sales Executive. You will be responsible for growing individual and family accounts at LeClair Group. This primarily focuses on selling Medicare and individual health insurance business. Cross selling ancillary products is also required.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for new client individual sales at LeClair Group. This primarily includes Medicare and individual and family health insurance policies.
  • Will always sell what is suitable for the client.
  • Understanding and cross selling ancillary products to provide a well-rounded product portfolio.
  • Will be timely for all client meetings; both in person at LeClair Group, remote over the computer, and off-site from LeClair Group.
  • All insurance carrier contracts will be through LeClair Group, and all commissions will be assigned to LeClair Group.
  • Will provide Customer Support to all clients in a timely and professional manner. All Customer Support activities will be documented in Salesforce.
  • Will participate in community events representing LeClair Group and building a Leads pipeline.
  • Will provide consumer seminars to provide education on product areas.  Monthly Medicare meetings will be held each year outside of Open Enrollment, and meetings during the Medicare Open Enrollment Marketing Period will also be held.
  • Remain knowledgeable of the LeClair Group product portfolio as it relates to insurance companies that contribute to the LeClair Group individual business.
  • Must keep current all insurance licenses necessary, carrier contracts, and additional certifications required on a state or federal level.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Resident Producer Life and Health License required.
  • Confidence to advocate on behalf of clients for approval from insurance carriers.
  • Four year degree preferred
  • Multi-tasking abilities, strong communication skills, and willingness to troubleshoot.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn our products and understand the changing nature of the insurance industry.

Employee Benefit Sales Executive

Position Details:

We are hiring a full-time Employee Benefit Sales Executive. This position is responsible for growing employer accounts at LeClair Group and cross selling additional business into existing accounts.  Will maintain a new business Sales pipeline and grow accounts to meet sales goals establishes for each calendar year.

Job Duties:

  • Work a sales pipeline with the intention of creating more employer accounts.
  • Prospecting activities including cold calling, networking, and presentations.
  • Cross selling ancillary products to employer accounts.
  • Work with assigned Account Manager assigned to ensure all service needs are being met throughout the year for your client base.
  • Work with the Account Manager to prepare for Annual Reviews.
  • Hold annual meetings with clients for renewal benefit analysis.
  • Facilitate annual employee educational meetings to explain benefit portfolio.

 

Qualifications:

Graphic Designer/Web production specialist

Join LeClair Group as a Graphic Designer/Web Production Specialist in our Marketing department. Responsible for handling all aspects related to graphic design production and website management for LeClair Group, this position will have a strong understanding of print and web design elements and process a proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and desktop publishing softwares. You will work closely with our different business units to create creative marketing content in accordance with our company brand.

Essential job functions and core responsibilities:

  • Support marketing efforts and visual content for LeClair Group and its affiliates (partner carriers, brokers, etc), to include the conceptualization, design, revision, execution and delivery of digital and print projects to include: print ads, collateral brochures, web graphics and banners, email templates, Powerpoint presentations, flyers, stationery, direct mail pieces, training manuals, workflow documents, RFPs, etc.
  • Work with multiple departments to help manage, support, develop effective campaigns and ensure adherence to company brand guidelines.
  • Effective management of all creative files including LeClair Group creative pieces and content and carrier files (logos, collateral, promotional pieces).
  • Accountable for the ongoing management and updates (layout and content) to company websites.
  • Provide regular updates on production status to managers and company executives
  • Stay current with insurance industry trends
  • Continue to develop design skills and stay current with design technology and trends

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Post-secondary degree in Graphic/Web Design, print production or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency with web publishing tools such as WordPress, Dreamweaver
  • Working knowledge of digital pre-press and file management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot MAS
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong typography and illustration skills
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Positive and can-do attitude
