Marketing Coordinators

LeClair Group is a leading national insurance marketing organization based in Woodbury, MN. We are searching for talented marketing coordinators to join our team who are team players with great creativity. LeClair Group supports over 3000 agents, across 36 states, representing all the major national and regional health insurance companies.

Our marketing coordinators lead individual projects and work in partnership with team members. As a national health insurance marketing organization we have many varied and interesting opportunities. Our marketing team supports LeClair Group’s brand, events and marketing, whilst offering significant support to agents and agencies across the USA.

Our aim to is find the best talent, software and marketing tools to maximize our marketing success. We deliver online, in-person events and conferences across the USA, our marketing team is an important part of why agents work with LeClair Group. Agents look for our creative support to enable them to better serve their communities.

Essential job functions and core responsibilities:

  • Assist the strategic planning, delivery and tracking of campaigns
  • Design, creativity and ideation with our marketing team
  • Marketing to support our recruitment, training and production goals
  • Prepare, create and manage social media and marketing campaigns for agents/agencies through our Advantage Marketing Program (AMP | Hub). 
  • Coordinate select company events and webinars, including contributing to the development and delivering of marketing related trainings
  • Establish and drive effective relationships with agents, prospects and centers of influence
  • Assist across team to onboard and train new agents to fully utilize our services
  • Deliver excellent client experiences and outcomes
  • CRM maintenance, record tracking and analysis of data / results to support an ‘ever better culture’

Qualifications Essential:

  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Design, Business Development or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills
  • Proficiency business social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) 
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to learn and leverage marketing software platforms such as Hubspot
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently meeting deadlines
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail 

Preferred:

  • Graphic design, photography or film experience (provide link to portfolio in resume)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, InDesign, Premiere, Spark
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Willingness to lead events and travel
  • Highly adaptable in a fast working environment
